Ripley has been on foster now for over a month
and is doing brilliantly. His foster parents love him; he is a fun, affectionate lad and
is easygoing and steady in the home. He is looking for experienced owners who will be
patient, understanding and help him settle in. Ripley is very responsive and bonds quickly
with his handler. He does have an anxious side which should not be encouraged and will
need owners around most of the time. He is house trained, travels well, and is a true gent
in the house, he has also coped fine with being left for up to 4 hours. In his foster home
he lives with another dog, which appears to help his anxious side. Ripley does have a high
chase drive, so new owners must not live adjacent to livestock (e.g. sheep etc). Although
he will chase the sheep, he has not tried to attack but he will definitely need monitoring
around them or other livestock. He could live with sensible teens, but cannot live with
cats or rabbits. If you are interested please
